Who we are

Revere was founded by Helen Blackmore, an experienced Chief People Officer, HR Director and Board-level leader, with a track record of shaping people and organisational strategy through growth, change and complexity.
As a member of executive teams and a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, Helen has led complex people and business agendas across multiple sectors – including financial services, aviation, technology and distribution; within start-up, private equity-backed and PLC environments; and in a range of business sizes from 25 to 3000+ people, and < £1m revenue to over £120m.
Her experience spans large-scale growth, M&A and integration, organisational design, leadership development and cultural transformation, including supporting businesses through significant change, from preparation for exit to post-acquisition integration.
